Recent Work

In the aftermath of my thesis exhibition, I've started making work again!  All of these are 12" x 12" monoprints with some pen, chine colle, and graphite thrown in there somewhere.  Since they are so small, and my other work is much larger, I found it difficult to get a great amount of variety in my marks.  That was something I had to concentrate a lot on when I was making.  It really tested me to make sure I kept mixing up my marks and to concentrate on the speed and scale of each individual mark.

Framing

No new artwork to post, but I do have some progress pictures of the frames I've been making. It's been quite the experience, thankfully my parents are awesome and let me completely take over the first floor of their house to build these massive things.
